KITCHEN CLEANING GUIDE

GENERAL KITCHEN CLEANING 20:1 

Spray CITRA CLEAN on countertops, stainless steel, tiles and glass. Wipe with a damp cloth and dry with a towel. For dried food and tougher stains spray and let stand for a few minutes. Wipe and dry as normal.  

OVENS 10:1 DILUTION

Pre-heat your oven by using broil for 10 minutes. Spray a 10:1 dilution of CITRA CLEAN onto the areas to be cleaned. Let it sit for 15 minutes. Use a non-abrasive scrub pad to help break up the built up grease. Use a towel to wipe up and buff the ovens surface.

Restaurants: use CITRA CLEAN on your grease traps, fryers, pizza ovens and stainless steel.
